Ms. Sy is the Managing Director of CSA, Inc., Philippines. Prior to establishing CSA, she was a designer in the Los Angeles office of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, responsible for design and construction documents on projects ranging from beachfront hotels to corporate interiors and amusement parks. Ms. Sy previously worked in a similar capacity in the Philippines and in France. She heads the operations of the Manila office with responsibilities which currently include custom residences, commercial construction and high-rise interiors for residential developments. Ms. Sy has joint design responsibilities for all international projects and is a registered architect in the United States.

Following his studies in architectural design, Mr. Chai gained practical experience in several high profile design firms in Boston, New York and Los Angeles. As a design architect with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill he was involved in a wide range of projects including high-rise condominiums, hotels, office buildings and corporate interiors. Since his collaboration with Ms. Sy, Mr. Chai has expanded their area of expertise to include educational facilities and custom residences. He is currently involved in numerous residential and corporate projects in Connecticut, New York and the Philippines. He brings an uncommonly extensive level of practical experience in construction as the founding partner of a turn-key design-build firm from 1992 through 1999. He is currently the managing member of CS Architecture, LLC., and Topstone Construction, LLC., and is a licensed architect in Connecticut, New York, Virginia and California.
