Currently in the pre-construction planning stages, this thirteen story structure will be a LEED platinum certified commercial office building in the heart of the East Village. CS Architecture is involved in the coordination of the efforts of the team of award winning architects and artists; including Fumihiko Maki & Associates (Tokyo, Pritzker Prize winner), James Carpenter (artist and architectural installations), Thomas Balsley (landscape architect), and the Alexander Calder Foundation (plaza sculpture installation).
